done. After recording the statements of the complainant as well as other witnesses, the accused persons Sunil Kumar Mishra, Md. Saddam Hussain @ Putul Ali, Pranab Kalita, Md. Saddam Hussain, Md. Mantu Ali, Ajanta Kalita @ Xoru, Arup Das @ Bikram Axom and Smti. Puja Das were arrested. During the investigation sufficient evidence has been found against the accused Shri Ajanta Kalita @ Xoru and Shri Arup Das @ Bikram Axom under Section 120(B)/302 IPC r/w Section 25(1)(a)/27 Arms Act, against accused Md. Saddam Hussain @ Putul Ali, Section 120(B)/420/302 IPC, against accused Smti. Puja Das Section 120(B)/302 IPC and accordingly case has been established against the aforesaid accused persons. During investigation, no material has been found against the arrested accused - Shri Pranab Kalita to implicate him in the aforesaid case. Therefore, Shri Pranab Kalita may be exempted from the case. Against the other arrested accused persons – Sunil Kumar Mishra, Md. Saddam Hussain and Mantu Ali, further evidence is still required to be collected. Therefore, necessary lawful actions will be taken against the aforesaid 3 accused persons. At present, charge-sheet has been submitted implicating the accused persons – Md. Saddam Hussain @ Putul Ali, Shri Ajanta Kalita, Shri Arup Das and Smti. Puja Das in the aforesaid case and is forwarded to the Hon’ble Court for trial. The list of witnesses mentioned in Column 6 will prove the case before the court. Kabita Barua recorded before the court, one FSL report, P.M. report with documents, one death summary of Junu Sarmah, five copies of Vodafone u/S 65(B) of Indian Evidence Act, one copy of Airtel u/s 65(B) of Indian Evidence Act, one copy of Jio u/s 65(B) of Indian Evidence Act certificate, one copy of PS order and 15 nos. of Zimmanama are enclosed herewith.
