petitioner in Dibrugarh Police Station Case No.936/2016 implicating him in the case.
In view of above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in Special Case No. 2/2017 arising out of said Dibrugarh P.S. Case No.936/2016.
With the aforesaid observation, this pre arrest bail application stands closed.
