This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner, namely, Broja Kumar Sinha, praying for pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Ratabari PS Case No.14/2019 (corresponding to GR Case No.68/2019), under Sections 447/387/353/325/34 IPC.
It is submitted by learned Addl. PP that charge-sheet has already been filed. In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the
