Pursuant to the order dated 13-06-2018, the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri is present in Court and submits that the inquiry that was conducted against the petitioner has been concluded and all the concerned files have been released to the Executive Engineer (PHE), Dhubri Division on 30-06-2018. It is also submitted that the Executive Engineer (PHE), Dhubri Division by 2 (two) separate orders both dated 09-07-2018 has released the Group Insurance and Leave Encashment to the petitioner amounting to Rs. 62256.00/- and Rs. 23190/respectively.
Mr. B.P. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the release of Group Insurance and Leave Encashment, nothing survives in the matter.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is closed with further direction to release the regular pension of the petitioner within a period of one month from today.
