The case of the petitioner in this writ petition is that following the permission granted by the respondent No.3, vide order dated 20.07.2011, issued under Office Memo No. SDA.24/BP/2011-12/21, she started construction of her house on a land under Dag No. 430, Pata No. 32 at Ward No. 24 of Silchar town. But, while the construction was going on, the authorities received a complaint stating that she had not maintained the set back as per the permission granted and there was a projection of cantilever in the Eastern side of the building. Following the complaint, the Chairman, Silchar development Authority i.e., respondent No.3 passed an order dated 08.05.2012, whereby she was directed to remove the cantilever projection. As directed in the order, the petitioner removed the same and reported to the Chairman, Silchar Devevelopment Authority and requested for releasing of blue print of her building with an approval on it. However, her request was not considered for a long time. Therefore, she has approached this Court praying for issuance of appropriate direction directing the respondents to release the blue print along with necessary approval.
