It appears that in view of the decision now rendered by the Supreme Court in Larsen & Toubro Ltd. –vs- State of Karnataka, (2014) 1 SCC 708, the petitioners have lost interest in the present petition. It is to be noted that in two connected identical writ petitions listed today, learned counsel for the petitioners therein has already withdrawn those petitions in the light of decision of the Supreme Court in Larsen & Toubro Ltd. –vs- State of Karnataka (supra).
The petition is accordingly dismissed in default.
