None appears on call for the petitioner. However, Mr. B. Sharma, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Railway is present.
Although the revision was filed on 14.08.2017, but was lying defective for a long time. Therefore, by order dated 17.11.2017, passed by Hon’ble The Chief Justice, the petitioner was granted time to rectify the defects. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 12.01.2018, but none appeared on call. Today also none appears to support the revision petition.
Accordingly, the review petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
