Heard Mr. M. Choudhury and Mr. SN Krishnatreya, learned counsels for the petitioner as well as Mrs. P. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the respondent.
By filing a joint application under the provisions of Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC, both the parties have informed this Court that the dispute between them have been compromised and settled outside the Court. In terms of the compromise, the respondent has received an amount of Rs.6.00 Lakh towards the full and final settlement of his claim. On consideration of the said settlement, the respondent has relinquished his right over the suit room in question.
This Court is of the view that the parties have amicably settled and out of their own

volition have compromised the matter, which is not against any public policy. Hence, the said joint compromise petition is accepted.
Resultantly, the revision petition stand disposed of on compromise in view of the amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.
