In view of the admission of the connected Criminal Revision Petition No. 430/2018, the sentence imposed upon the accused-applicant, vide the judgment and order, dated 14.09.2018, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar in Criminal Appeal No. 52/2017 is stayed till disposal of the said revision petition.
The accused-applicant who is said to be in judicial custody is allowed to go on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar on any condition to be imposed by him while releasing the accused-applicant on bail.
Interlocutory application stands disposed of accordingly.
