This is an application under Section 301(2) of the CrPC praying for allowing the applicant to assist the Public Prosecutor and to submit written argument in the connected criminal appeal.

As the applicant is arrayed as respondent No. 2 in the appeal, learned counsel appearing on his behalf can certainly advance argument at the time of hearing of the appeal. Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
