This is an application for urgent hearing of Criminal Appeal No. 199/2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, we allow the application for urgent hearing of appeal.
Registry shall prepare the paper book of the case, if not already prepared. If private paper book is submitted, the same be first examined by the Registry and then accepted. If the private paper book is acceptable, the Registry need not prepare another paper book.
The appeal be now listed for final hearing in the month of September, 2018.
