This misc case has been filed praying for correction of certain typographical errors cropped up in the order dated 06.02.2018 where the Sessions Case No.135/2010 was wrongly mentioned, which should have been Sessions Case No.135/2011 and the name of the petitioner should be Amirul Islam and not Amirul Ali.

It is made clear that by order dated 06.02.2018, bail was granted to accused Amirul Islam in Sessions Case No.135/2011. This shall be treated as part of the order dated 06.02.2018 made in I.A(Crl) No.703/2017.
