Heard Mr. D. Nath, learned State counsel, appearing for the applicants. Also heard Mr. P. Bharadwaj, learned counsel, appearing for the writ petitioner.
By order dated 22.11.2017, de-novo exercise for settlement of No.165, 166, 167 and 168 Purana Sonai Sola/ Garanga/Sukraj Fishery was ordered to be completed within 3(three) months, i.e. by 31.01.2018.
This application for extension of time was filed on 23.02.2018 after the period, as directed, had expired.
It is submitted by Mr. Nath that on 29.03.2018, fresh settlement order has been passed. It is also submitted by Mr. Nath that settlement in respect of M/s Ouguri Katahguri Bhurbandha Matsyajibi Samabai Samiti was, however, cancelled within the specified period of time.
As the application was filed beyond the period prescribed by this Court and as submitted by Mr. Nath that the order has now been fully complied with, recording the statement of Mr. Nath that due to some difficulties the order dated 22.11.2017 could not be complied with in its entirety within the period specified, this interlocutory application is closed.
