Bhabendra Nath Gogoi who died on 11.3.2017. The present applicants are the legal heirs of said deceased writ petitioner who sought themselves to be substituted in place of deceased writ petitioner.
There being no objection on behalf of the respondents, this application for substitution is allowed. The names of the legal heirs of deceased writ petitioner is shown in para-2 of this application be substituted in the connected writ petition.
This petition is accordingly disposed of.
