The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the pafties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.

The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Shri Ajay Krishan Choudhary Chief Manager submits that bank has received an amount of ds.os $spzg/- towiras futt and final satisfaction of the claims of the bank before Nationai Lok Rdilat.
Accordingly, the dispute between the parties stands amicably settled.
This compromise settlement between the parties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is.recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the originat documents , if'any, filed before oiilri, o.rr,i be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in irre matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at liberty to move an appropriate application for seeking refund of court fees.
