Heard the counsel for applicant bank and perused the records of produced along with the IA.
Rs.12,40,06,091.25p, which is a colossal sum of money. Considering the amount of claim involved in this case and the balance of convenience, the present IA has to be considered by keeping open the merits of the case and without prejudice to the rights of both the parties. By doing so, no prejudice, no harm and loss will be caused to the Defendants.

IA.No.1136/2025 stands allowed. Accordingly, an order of conditional attachment of the amount due from the Garnishee / respondent No.10 to the respondents 1 and 3, including any amount payable under demand, claim, Court decree or arbitral award is granted. Meanwhile the garnishee is also directed not to allow any transaction in the account of Defendant No.1 and 3 and to show cause why the order of the conditional attachment be made by absolute.
