The dispute between the^parties having been referred for determination to the^Special Lok Adalat and the^parties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the^following Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.

Present:- Mr. Hemraj Siddharth, Counsel for applicant bank alongwith^{Mr. Rishi} Arora, Officer of applicant bank alongwith Ms. Shreya Maheshwari, Nodal Officer

The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Officers submits that bank^{has received} an amount of Rs.58rO0r00O/- towards full and final satisfaction^{of the claims of the} bank before Special Lok Adalat.

Accordingly, the dispute between the^parties stands amicably settled

This compromise settlement between the^parties is suo motto^{and with free will.}

In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the^{matter stand disposed of} in terms of compromise and the original documents, if any, filed^{before DRT-II, Delhi} be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter before^{DRT stands} cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.

J The applicant bank is at libefi to move an appropriate application^{for seeking refund} of court fees.
