The dispute between thepafties having been referred fordetermination to the National Lok Adalat and theparties having compromised/settled thecase/matter,the following Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Chief Manager, Ms. Kusum Lata, LawManager alongwith Ms. Nishtha Srivastava, Law Officer for applicant bank submits that bankhas received an amount of Rs.14.83 Iacs towards full and final satisfactionof the claims of the bank before National Lok Adalat and the account stands closed.
Accordingly, the dispute between theparties stands amicably settled.
This compromise settlement between theparties is suo motto andwith free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter standdisposed of in terms of compromise and the original documents, if any, filed before DRT-II,Delhi be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter beforeDRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at libefi to move an appropriate application for seekingrefund of court fees.
