This matter is taken by this Tribunal in hybrid mode i.e.physical as well as through Video Conferencing.
The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Special Lok Adalat and theparties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.
Present:- Mr. Hemraj Siddharth, Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Mr. Rishi Arora, Officer of applicant bank alongwith Ms. Shreya Maheshwari, Nodal Officer
The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Officers submits that bankhas received an amount of Rs.24r5O,000/- towards full and final satisfaction of the claims ofthe bank before Special Lok Adalat.
Accordingly, the dispute between theparties stands amicably settled.
This compromise settlement beh,rreen theparties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the original documents, if any, filed before DRT-II, Delhi be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter beforeDRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at liberty to move an appropriate application for seeking refund of court fees.
