dated 11.02.2025 as there was a huge difference between principal amount and outstanding amount. Ld. Advocate further submitted that the Respondent Bank obtained 2nd order from Ld. CMM dated 08.05.2025 which cannot be executed in the light of observation of the Tribunal as there is again huge difference of amount. Ld. Advocate also submits that there is no clear 7 days’ notice and possession is being taken on tomorrow ‘on holiday’ against the law. Hence, stay against the possession scheduled on 28.03.2026 should be granted.
