The^{applicant had issued} a letter for OTS on 29 10312026 which is accepted^by the^respondent company vide its letter dated 02l04l2026. The^applicant have duly^paid an amount Rs. 20,10,000 /- [Rupees^{Twenty Lakh and Ten Thousand Only] towards the full} and hnal settlement of his loan account. The respondent company has acknowledged the said amount being received by it and that it has closed the loan account.
