In this matter, none appears for the applicant. Counsel for the respondent FI submits that entire securitization proceedings have been completed, however some goods which were lying at the premises and now removed and kept in rented premises, according to counsel for the respondent, valuation of the same is Rs. 47,100/-
Let them call a quotation from the person dealing in these types of household goods. After giving 15 days advance notice and getting three quotations, it can be sold to the person who gives the highest quotation.
Counsel further submits that excess amount is lying with them. It is ordered that excess amount and amount recovered from the sale of goods, shall be kept in no lien interest bearing account.
