The counsel for the applicant is unable to show any urgency in the matter and he submits that the auction is scheduled today, but he has not taken any steps to move any application to challenge the auction or seek amendment in this matter when the matter was to be re-notified for arguments, he submits that there is urgency and the matter to be argued. Thereafter, he is not able to argue the matter and submits that it be listed with other matters listed. He is not arguing now and was showing grave urgency to stall the auction which was not even challenged by him, therefore, this Securitization Application stands dismissed.
Despite dismissing the Securitization Application, the counsel was not leaving and continuously making arguments in high tone and not letting the advocates of next matter which is called to address the Court, therefore, a cost of Rs. 50,000/- is imposed on him to be paid to the DRT Bar Association, Jaipur within one week as he has done this earlier also.
