In this matter, the total dues was said to be Rs. 4.83 Lac. The respondent bank is agreeable for regularize the account if the amount of Rs. 4.83 Lac deposited by the applicant.
The counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will deposit Rs. 3.00 Lac now and Rs. 1.83 Lac will be deposited by 31.07.2026. However, installment of June and July will have to be paid with an undertaking that regular installments will be paid and a single default shall entitle the respondent bank to continue their securitization proceedings.
After depositing the amount of Rs. 4.83 Lac, the respondent bank is directed to restore the possession within 2 days.
In case of any exigency, the parties are at liberty to file Misc. Application.
