Notices were sent to the address furnished by the applicants at the time of availing the loans which was duly served. After compliance of the statutory requirements, three items of properties were put to sale and first item of property of an extent of 8.09 Ares with building comprised in Sy.No.145/4 part of Pullazhy Village, Thrissur at a reserve price of Rs.1 crore, item No.2 property of an extent of 7.39 Ares comprised in Sy.No.145/4 part of Pullazhy Village, Thrissur at a reserve price of Rs.65.74 lakhs and item No.3 property of an extent of 14.97 Ares comprised in Sy.No.591/1 part of Pullazhy Village, Thrissur at a reserve price of Rs.1.57 crores. The sale was held in respect of item Nos.1 and 2 properties and additional defendants 3 and 4 became the successful bidders. Item No.1 was sold at a consideration of Rs.1,00,10,000/- and item No.2 at a consideration of Rs.65,84,000/-. The sale was confirmed on deposit of 25% of the bid amount of Rs.42 lakhs on 27.09.2022 vide Annexure-B6. In respect of 3rd item of property, the sale did not fructify. Subsequently, the bidders remitted the balance consideration amount and sale certificate was issued to additional defendants 3 and 4. In absence of any illegality, the SA may be dismissed.
