In this matter, the applicant submits that he will pay Rs. 2.00 Lac now and balance overdue will be paid within one month.
As the total overdue amount is Rs. 6.80 Lac so the applicant will pay Rs. 2.00 Lac now and balance amount will be paid in two equal monthly installments i.e. Rs. 2.40 Lac per month. Besides these payments, he will pay regular EMIs of those months and an undertaking also be given that further EMIs will not be bounced.
In case the amount is not paid by the applicant the respondent bank will be at liberty to proceed.
In view of the above, this Securitization Application stands disposed of. File be consigned to record, as per rules. Copy of order be uploaded on website.
