| Learned counsel for sarfaesi applicant appears and presses withdrawal petition IA 1225 of 2026. In the above said application it was stated that the applicant has filed an application being aggrieved by action of bank. During pendency of the recovery proceedings there has been a settlement between the parties and bank has received full and final settlement of the dues. Hence, they do not want to proceed with the case. This application is affirmed by the applicant and his signature is identified by Advocate-on-record. Learned advocate for applicant also prays for direction upon bank for return of title deed. In view of this, no prejudice will be caused to SA respondent if their response is dispensed with in this application.
