As the Bank is not going for sale in respect of serial no. 15 there is no hearing in IA/2714/25 and IA/3702/25. There is no matter for hearing. Hence, this SA and all the pending IAs are disposed of. Respondent Bank may issue fresh possession notice with correct dated of Demand Notice and take measures as per law.
