Present : Ms.Sidhi Bansal, Counsel for the Applicant alongwith Ms.Mona daughter of the Applicant in person. Mr.SK Dahiya, Counsel for the Respondent Bank alongwith Mr.Prateek Sapra, Regional Legal Manager.
The possession of the secured asset is fixed up for tomorrow i.e. 08.01.2026. Jatinder Kumar had raised a loan of Rs. 20.75 tacs in the year 2017. As on today, a sum of Rs. 34 lacs and odd sum is due from the Applicant. Ms.Mona, daughter of the Applicant is residing in the property. She states that she would apply for a loan from some bank and would try to settle the account with the respondent by first week of February, 2026. Today, Ms.Mona has also handed over a draft of Rs. 50,000/- to the respondent.
In view of this, the case is adjourned to 09.02.2026. Till the next, the dispossession fixed up for tomorrow is hereby deferred. In case, the matter is not settled by 09.02.2026, Applicant would herself surrender the possession to the bank and no further request for extension would be granted. , To come up on 09.02.2026.
