1. The Ld. Counsel^{for respondentFI has} submitted that the^{propefi in questionis situated at} Loni Ghaziabad and^{the notice under section 13(2)} and 13(4) of the^{SARFAESI Act has been issued from} the Ghaziabad^{branch, therefore, this Tribunal has no} jurisdiction to entertain the^present SA.

From^{perusalof the record it is clear that the} notice under section^{13(2) and the notice under} section 13(4) of^{the SARFAESIAct has beenissued} from the Ghaziabad^{branch of the respondent FI. The} property in question is also^{situated at Ghaziabad.} Therefore, this^{Tribunalhas no jurisdictionto entertain} the^present SA.

1. In the light of the^{above, the present SA is} returned to the SA applicant^{for presentation before} the proper Tribunal.^{Registryis directedto return the} present SA to the S. aPPlicant.
