Sh. Ashutosh Bajpai, Advocate submitted that he has filed IA No. 352/2026 today vide diary No. 3322 for staying the possession notice dated 10.02.2026 vide which the possession is fixed for 17.03.2026. Copy of IA already provided to learned counsel for respondent No.1.
Sh. KHS Bath, Advocate submitted that he has also filed IA No. 350/2026 today vide diary No. 3326 for amendment in the reply dated 11.02.2026 after providing advance copy to learned counsel for applicant, who seeks time to file reply to this IA.
Reply to these IAs may be filed within 10 days after providing advance copy to learned counsel for opposite parties.
Sh. Ashutosh Bajpai, Advocate further submitted that IA No. 285/2026 was filed for staying the possession notice dated 23.01.2026. It was further submitted that possession was not taken on the date fixed. Therefore, IA No. 285/2026 may be dismissed as infructuous.
In light of above submission IA No. 285/2026 is dismissed as
infructuous.
It was further submitted that IA No. 242/2026 was also filed for amendment of SA on the basis of possession notice dated 23.01.2026. It was further submitted that since the possession was not taken on the said date. Therefore, this IA is now become infructuous.
In light of above submission IA No. 242/2026 is dismissed as
infructuous.
