Present: Mr. Lovish Kukkar, Counsel for the Applicant. Ms. Deepika Mittal, Counsel for respondent bank (on VC).
Ms. Deepika Mittal, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent bank. She admits that she has been supplied with the copy of SA and requests for adjournment to file reply. Counsel for the applicant states that he has filed an IA for stay of dispossession. Ms. Mittal, states that though the respondent bank has fixed up the possession for today, yet the bank has taken a decision not to take the possession today. In view of this, IA has been rendered infructuous. Ms. Mittal, further states that the bank had taken the possession on 09.10.2025 and the applicant has trespassed into the property on 30.01.2026. Counsel for the applicant states that the auction is fixed up for 17.06.2026. For reply any consideration, to come up on 17.06.2026.
