Counsel for the parties state that parties have settled the matter for a sum of Rs. 36 lacs. It has also been agreed that Rs. 18 lacs would be payable by 31.01.2026 and the remaining sum of Rs. 18 lacs by 10.02.2026. On the payment being made, respondent FI would restore the possession within a week and would also release the title deeds within 15 days.
In case, applicant fails to make the payment as agreed by him, respondent FI would be free to recover whole of the sum due. In view of the above, the present SA stands disposed of .
