In this matter, Authorised Officer of the Respondent FI submits that they have come know the death of Smt. Bhagwati Devi, therefore they have withdrawn the notice and they will be issuing fresh notice.
Considering the submission made by the Authorized Officer of the Respondent FI, this SA has became infractuous, therefore SA stands disposed of as infractuous. Expenses which have been occurred in securitization proceedings shall not be debited to the account of the applicant.
Accordingly, SA stands disposed of, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
