As the without any settlement proposal in the form of upfront amount it was not deposited by the borrower and in this view of the matter likely the said amount has been adjusted in the loan account and consequently the loan account has been regularized and as the loan account has been regularized by the respondent F.I. and thus the S.A. has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of and during the course of hearing the Law Officer Mr. Prakash Kerkatta agrees to reschedule the EMI if the such application is made by the borrower and the Law Officer F.I. also undertakes to withdraw the cheque bounce case as the loan account has been regularized.
