CORRIGENDUM
It has been noticed that inadvertently some typographical mistake is occurred in the
first line of the second para of the order dated 25.03.2026 in the instant matter. Therefore, the second para pf the order dated 25.03.2026 may be read as under: - "The Ld. Counsel of the bank files the vakalatnama and the Ld. Counsel of the
applicant submits that the respondent bank has already withdrawn the SARFAESI
proceedings against which the SA was filed and as such the SA is disposed of as
infructuous."
This order shall form the part and parcel of the order dated 25.03.2026. The other
portions of the said order will remain the same.
