conducted on third occasion, but the successful bidder was called upon to deposit huge amount and accordingly, respondent No.3 has deposited Rs.5,30,10,786/- with respondent bank by sale of shares, pre-mature encashment of mutual funds, insurance policies and sale of immovable property at the price below market price, in view of urgency. Thereupon, actual and physical possession was delivered to respondent No.3 by the Authorized Officer of respondent bank in presence of Police Authorities and other officials of respondent bank. The mutation stands sanctioned in favour of respondent No.3 vide Mutation Entry No.33391 and P.R. Card of CTS No.18811/3. All the sons of Gulam Ali Khan, including the partners of M/s Navrang Sales (applicant No.6) and M/s Navrang Traders (applicant No.7) are the real sons of Gulam Ali Khan and they are also guarantors in their personal capacity. The Tribunal disposed of S.A. Nos. 197/2021 and 198/2021 vide order dated 17.10.2022, which was never challenged and order is not set aside. The third S.A.
