After availing loan facilities the borrower was required to pay 80 monthly installments of Rs. 70,750/- each commences w.e.f. 02.01.2018 in the Term Loan-1 and 113 monthly installments of Rs.1,49,113/- each commences w.e,f. 02.06.2018 in the Term Loan-II. Apart the Borrower was also liable to pay interest and other charges. But the statement of account of the Term Loan-1 shows the balance of Rs. 50,95.846.40 as on 30.11.2018 whereas it should be approx. Rs. 49,52,500/- after payment 10th installments. Further, as on 29.02.2020 which was cutoff date for the every borrower to be eligible to avail Covid-19 regulatory package, the actual status of the Term Loan-I Limit was Rs. 39,35,444.40 while it should be Rs.38,20,500.00, which clearly indicate the irregularity status of account. Similarly the Term Loan-II. from beginning and from 30.04.2019 to 27.02.2020 and thereafter again from 31.03.2020 to 31.12.2020 and even after restructure on 26.02.2021 the limit was remained in excess of its sanction limits till the account turned into NPA meaning thereby the Applicant has not paid the installments/interest as agreed upon. As the limits were irregular since beginning contrary to the allegation of Applicant that their account was standard and regular always, however on the request of Applicant/Borrower the account was restructured on 26.02.2021 to overall limit of Rs. 287.20 lacs (i.e. Term Loan-1 limit of Rs.36.00 lacs, Term Loan-II limit of Rs. 162.00 lacs, working capital /Cash Credit Limit
