Counsel for the applicant submits that as the SARFAESI proceedings has been withdrawn, so respondent may be directed to waive off the extra charges during the SARFAESI proceedings.
As all the proceedings have been withdrawn, nothing remains to adjudicate in this matter, therefore SA stands disposed of with the liberty to the applicant to file fresh SA as and when proceedings will be initiated.
