The Ld. C.orns"l for the Respondent FI has opposed the ayer of the Applicant and submitted that the Applicant had filed Civil Suit, which was subsequently dismissed. Thereafter, the pplicant fired an apprication seeking restoration of the said civir uit, which was also dismissed. Consequenfly, the Applicant filed writ petition before the Honble High Court of Delhi, wherein a y order was granted. lt is further submitted that, after obtaining e said stay order, the Applicant has neither appeared before any urt nor taken any steps in the_1g$er and has continued to enjoy s.I
the stay granted by the Honbre High court of Delhi. It is arso submitted that the Applicant has already filed their reply to the SA vide dy. No.69t712026. Therefore, the IA of the appticant may be dismissed.
