In this matter, Court Commissioner has filed the report and the report suggests that the vehicles were not parked at the earlier stated place during the course of proceedings.
According to the counsel for the bank they have been brought their only for the inspection purpose. There is another glaring aspect that the vehicle without registered number is running and it ran for 50 km.
As per rules, the vehicle cannot run on temporary number lying after 30 days. The applicant present in the Court submits that till one year when insurance was there, they were plying the vehicles.
According to the counsel, in respect of the one vehicle, matter is pending before Hon’ble High Court at Jodhpur Bench and one another vehicle, the matter is pending before Commercial Court.
Copy of this order be sent to the Transport Department for taking action against the applicant that how vehicles are plying without registration number after 30 days of complete one year.
In view of the above, this RA stands disposed of as dismissed as proper facts were not disclosed to the Tribunal.
