Counsel for the applicant bank has filed an IA no. 904/2026 for withdrawal of the original application as the defendants has given an OTS offer of Rs. 1,60,00,000/- which was accepted by the bank and consequently on deposit of the said amount the account of the defendants was closed by the applicant bank, therefore, he prayed for withdrawal of this Original Application and refund of court fee
In view of the above submission, this Original Application stands disposed of. Registry is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
