Defendant had duly acknowledged his liability towards the debt on 28.10.2011, 25.02.2017, 21.02.2017, 04.07.2019 and 17.06.2022. On 24.04.2025, a sum of ₹24,07,265.40p was due from the defendant. Despite repeated requests, defendant did not make the repayment. Hence, this application.
