The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the pafties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the SetUement.

The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank submits that bank has rdceived an amount of Rs'8r00r0o0/- towards full and final satisfaction of the claims of the bank before National Lok Adalat.
Accordingly, the dispute between the parties stands amicably settled.
This compromise settlement between the parties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the originat documents , tr'aif, filed befoie oniii, o.rni be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at Iiberty to move an appropriate apprication for seeking refund of court fees
