That, during the pendency of OA the defendants have settled the loan Accounts, and the loan accounts are closed. Therefore, the Applicant bank does not want to proceed further. Hence, Applicant bank may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present Original Application, as per the present withdrawal Pursis filed on the instructions by the bank.

Since, the matter is before the Special and National Lok-Adalat, the Court Fees may please be refunded to the applicant bank as per rules.
