2A. On 22.05.2020, at the request of the defendants, bank renewed the exiting limits and also sanctioned a C.C.E.C.L.-Demand Loan of ₹30.00Lacs to Defendant no.1 through its partners. On 17.08.2020, at the request of the defendants, Bank sanctioned a G.E.C.L. Limit of ₹30.00Lacs to Defendant no.1 through its partners. On 31.12.2021, at the request of the defendants, Bank sanctioned a G.E.C.L. (1.0) Extension Limit of ₹30.00Lacs to Defendant no.1 through its partners. On 16.07.2022, at the request of the defendants, the bank converted the account of the Defendant from sub-standard to standard and executed loan documents for the loan facilities aggregating to ₹355.00Lacs. On 29.10.2022, the Limit was renewed again at ₹350.00Lacs. To secure the loans, Defendant nos. 2 to 7 had mortgaged their properties (fully detailed in para No.5ac of the application).
