Ld. counsel for the defendants submits that the bank has issued No Dues Certificate and he prayed that the bank may be directed to return the original title documents. In view of the above submission, the Bank is directed to return the original title documents to the borrower within two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this Original Application stands disposed of. Registry is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
