2 OA NO.^{669 of 2022} loan^{facilityof Rs'40'00'000/-vide} sanction^{letter dated 09'04'2019' The sole defendant} ha executed^{all necessary loaning documents on} 11.04.2019.^{Again, at the request of sole defendant'} theapplicantbankrenewedtheaforesaidfacilitytime to time^{and lastly was renewed on Og'L2'2021of} Rs.40,00,000.^{The soled defendant has executed all} necessary^{loaning documents on 09'L2'2021'}

It^{is further submittedthat the sole defendant} enjoyedandutilizedtheLoanfacilities,butfailedto maintain^{the frnancial discipline and failed to repay the} due amounts.^{The applicantbank requested the sole} defendanttoregularizetheloanaccountbyvisitsand letters,^{but there was no responsefrom the sole} defendant.^{Hence, the account was classifiedas NPA} on 20.05^{.zozz. Therefore, the applicant bank served} arecallnoticedated01.07.2022and23.o8.2022tothe soledefendantbutfailedtorecoverthesame.Thus, the^{present O.A' is preferred by the applicant bank to} recover^{its dues.}
