This matter is taken by this Tribunal in hybrid mode i.e. physical as well as through Video Conferencing.
The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.
Present:- Ms. Jaya Tomar, Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Shri Ajay Krishan, Choudhary Chief Manager
The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Shri Ajay Krishan Choudhary, Chief Manager submits that bank has received an amount of Rs.1.82 Crores towards full and final satisfaction of the claims of the bank before National lok Adalat.
Accordingly, the dispute between the parties stands amicably settled.
This compromise settlement between the parties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the original documents, if any, filed before DRT-II, Delhi be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at libefi to move an appropriate application for seeking refund of couft fees.
