The defendantshave hypothecatedof} plant and^{machinery and othermovable assets'}

It^{is further submitted that the defendants} enjoyedandutilizedtheLoanfacilities,butfailedto maintain^{the frnancial discipline and failed to repay the} due amounts.^{The applicantbank requested the} defendants^{to regularize the loan account by visits and} letters,^{but there wasno resPonse from the} defendants.^{Hence the account wasclassifiedas NPA} on 0g.04^{.2024.Therefore,the applicant bank served a} recall^{notice dated tL'07 '2024 to the defendantsbut} failed^{to recover the same' Thus' the present O'A' is} preferred^{by the applicant bank to recover its dues'}
